Explanation
- Quoted price refers to 1 room, 1 additional access account and without accounting system.
- If not restricted, you can use all extensive functions.
- Adjustment of the configuration is possible at any time without loss of data
- Reduced price is determined by invoice recipient
- Booking can be a fixed room reservation or a fixed event. It does not matter whether it is a single appointment or a whole series, e. g. every 2 weeks.
- The specified limits can be exceeded at any time at short notice. An upgrade to the larger version will only take place after permanent overuse and a setup fee, if applicable, will be deducted.
- Accounting at the beginning of July / beginning of January in advance. When renting in the billing interval, the time until the end of the current billing interval is billed. Max. 6 months.
- Any number of instances per company/name/club can be hired
- Minimum term to the end of a billing interval, i. e. max. 6 months.
